Time for Tea
I had a little tea party,
I had it just for me.
Perhaps we’d serve some macarons?
Myself and I agree.
I picked out all the colors;
And nary a complaint.
I felt upon examining,
That I must be a saint.
How do you like your tea my dear?
Do we take it both the same?
Oh yes– we agree on everything.
And oh my I love your name!
We sipped the tea together,
And had the biscuits sweet.
This tea party made just for me
Turned out to be a treat.
And now all that remains is when
We can do this tea again!
